About Holts Corner Baptist Church

Our Purpose: At Holts Corner Baptist Church, our purpose is to provide a fellowship of believers in Jesus Christ—a family of the redeemed—who are united in carrying out His will. We are guided by Christ’s commands in the Great Commission and the teachings of the New Testament, striving to fulfill His mission in all that we do.
Our Mission: We are committed to meeting the spiritual needs of our community through the ministries we perform. Our outreach extends beyond our local area, as we actively cooperate with other churches of like faith to carry out God’s work through our association, state, nation, and around the world. Above all, our desire is to know the Lord Jesus Christ and to worship Him as the Lord of life.
Our Statement of Faith: We affirm that the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God and is the foundation for all our beliefs and practices. As a Southern Baptist church, we subscribe to the doctrinal statement of The Baptist Faith and Message, adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention on May 9, 1963. We join together as a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ, personally committed to sharing the good news of salvation with a lost world. As a church, we observe the two ordinances given by our Lord: baptism and the Lord’s Supper.
