Our History
The History of our church
On the third Sunday in February, 1897, our church was organized into a congregation after a separation between our members and Riggs Church of Christ. The Pastor of this Baptist Church was J.W. Patton. Our church quickly became one of the first churches in the area to use instruments in our worship music. The Church continued to grow even after a fire burned down the original building. The Church continues to serve the Lord after that till present day.
